Here are our current 2010 prices for our Shropshire holiday cottage near Ludlow.

Terms & Conditions
Please make cheques payable to Anne Douthwaite. All electricity, central heating oil, linen and towels and full basket of logs are included in the rental.
Deposits - If a booking is made more than 28 days before the start of the rental we ask for a deposit of approximately 30%. For bookings made less than 28 days before commencement of the rental, we request the total fee.
Cancellations - If, for any reason the client has to cancel the booking, please let us know in writing. If we can re-let the property we will give a full refund. We regret if we are unable to relet the property at all, we cannot give a refund. We strongly recommend that the client takes out Cancellation Insurance to protect against any cancellation losses.
