Lovely stay. Cottage warm and cosy! Beautiful countryside. The Kangaroo Inn, Aston on Clun and The Baron of Beef at Bucknell both good pubs for simple pub grub! All the villages around are worth a visit to explore.

The Cottage

The downstairs comprises of a large floor with an attractive, fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with electric cooker including a hob and grill, dishwasher, fridge/with freezer compartment, washing machine with integrated dryer and microwave oven.

The comfortable, cosy sitting room of the holiday cottage has a wood burning stove set in a large stone fireplace, satellite TV with video and DVD player, radio and CD player. Assorted DVDs, books, games and CDs are available in the cottage.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom, twin bedded room, spacious landing, and bathroom which has a wc, washbasin and bath with electric shower over. The cottage is centrally heated throughout.

There is an attractive cottage garden with table and chairs in the seating area where guests can enjoy the lovely views and relax in the peace and quiet. A disposable barbecue is supplied for al fresco meals. Our guests are also most welcome to enjoy our large secluded kitchen garden which is immediately opposite the cottage.

Garden furniture and loungers, plus garden games are available. Parking for two cars is outside the self-catering accommodation. The lane is very quiet and very little traffic passes by.
